There are various ways to increase the power of the modern diesel engine. The huge array of tuning boxes, tuning modules, diesel chips, power boxes, ECU chips, serial uploads, downloads, remaps, hybrid turbos, turboboost alterations etc etc and then the options turn to analogue or digital, electronic or manual. It becomes confusing to say the least.

Remapping/chipping' involves reprogramming a truck's electronic control unit (ECU) to offer greater torque, increased power and lower fuel consumption. Power and torque of turbo diesel engines can be increased by as much as 30% and fuel savings of up to 1.5mpg are common.
The extra torque means the driver will need to make far fewer gear changes, leading to benefits of less wear on both clutch and gearbox and, much more importantly, a huge reduction in the driver's stress levels!

Remapping/chipping is increadibly quick and simple. In the majority of cases there is no need to change a chip or even open the ECU - the chip is reprogrammed via the easily accessible diagnostic port inside the cab.

Tuning a diesel engine to most companies means simply increasing the power and torque, but not to us! ALL our power upgrades incorporate fuel efficiency settings which means not only is the power and torque increased, fuel economy is also enhanced!

All our power upgrades work by fuel remapping which is basically manipulating the fuel delivery curve to remove ‘flat’ or dead’ spots and increase overall engine power and torque. This form of power upgrading is safe, reliable and 100% effective!
